Looking for any information on Elihu "Smith" LEATHERWOOD and his wife, Frances HIGHTOWER LEATHERWOOD. They were known to be living in Prairie County in 1892 when Frances died, leaving 7 young children (my grandmother was 8 years old at the time). Smith died 4 years later in 1896 orphaning the children, who were mostly raised in St. Francis County. According to the "Index to Prairie County, AR Cemetery Inscriptions" it appears that Smith LEATHERWOOD is buried in Prairie County, but I don't know where or any of the details. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone have a school census index for 1930? I am looking for a William NOBLIN. I found his brother, Carl NOBLIN, in a 1930 Oklahoma Index. It is possible the parents died and all the children may have been sent to live with other relatives. Thank you, Kim Watson

I am searching for a cousin for any information regarding a Tennessee FURR. She was born approx 1858 and died 1892. She married a WALLS before marrying a W.J.W. SMITH. We think her father may have been James E. FURR, but this is not validated. Her mother may have been Dilema FURR. If anyone has any information on this family and Tennessee in particular, I would appreciate your contact. Thank you in advance for any information. Sandy
