Hogan as securities acknowledge ourselves to owe and be indebted unto the State of Arkansas in the penal sum of $500 five hundred dollars good and lawful money of the United States, the payment of which will and truly be made. We bind ourselves, our heirs and executors firmly and jointly by the presents. The conditions of the above obligation is such that whereas the said E S McCracken was elected Constable of Jimmey's Creek Township Marion County for and during the time prescribed by law. Now if the said E S McCracken will execute all process to him directed and delivered and pay over all moneys received by him by virtue of his office, and in every respect discharge the duties of Constable according to law then this obligation shall be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. Witness our hands and seals on this 14th day of September 1894. State of Arkansas I George Pangle do solemnly swear that I am a citizen of Marion County Arkansas, and that I am the owner of 190 acres of land in said county worth the sum of $1,200 One Thousand two hundred dollars, and that I am the owner of personal property worth the sum of $440 Four hundred and forty dollars, and that I am worth the sum of $200 Two hundred dollars on E S McCracken's land over and above all my liabilities and exemptions. Sworn and subscribed before me on this 14th day of Sept 1894 State of Arkansas I, L H Hogan, do solemnly swear that I am a citizen of Marion County and that I am the owner of 160 acres (Homestead) of land in said county worth the sum of $800 eight hundred dollars, and that I am worth the sum of $300 on E S McCracken's bond over and above all my liabilities and exemptions, so help me God.
