S1/4 cor on S boundary of Sec 5 marking cor No 1 and point of beginning and witnessed by a White Oak tree 18 inches in Diam E 41 (.) N dist 25 1/2 ft under double White Oak W 22 (1) dist 12 1/2 ft thence N 1500 ft to cor No 2 thence E 600 ft to Cor No 3 then & tracing sec line of Turning Point Mining Clain 1500 ft to Nor No 4 and then W 600 ft to point of beginning including all dips, spures, angles and parallel lines within said boundaries same being situated SE 1/4 Sec 5, Township 19 N Range 15 W Marion Co Arkansas the name of this claim is Evening Star and all persons are notified not to trespass on this claim in any manner whatever.
