This small cemetery was located in the NW corner of SE1/4 of NW1/4, S18, T20N, R15W in North Fork Township on a field road approximately 1/2 mile to the improved road to Flippin. The graves in this cemetery were to be relocated to the new Wildcat Cemetery. However, apparently a new cementery wasn't built and the remains were relocated to the Fairview Cemetery in Marion Co. If the grave included a tombstone the tombstone was moved with the remains.
(I was wondering why this cemetery was named Parker when there were no Parkers buried there. Kayla Miller was kind enough to shed some light on this:
Hi Linda. My name is Kayla Miller and my grandmother is from Yellville, AR. Her maiden name is Parker. I came across your web site that had to do with the Parker Cemetery. There aren't any Parkers listed but the Parker family is related to the McCrackens that are buried in the Parker Cemetery. I just thought that you might like to know that little bit of information.)
(I didn't receive a survey map for this cemetery)
Column #1 is the grave number in the old cemetery and column #3 is the grave number in the new cemetery.
