	Rube D. DAILEY was born January 1841 at Morehouse County, Louisiana, 
son of Michael Dailey.  He enlisted in Company "K" 2nk Arkansas Infantry serving from 
1861 - 1865.  He was wounded.  He married Sarah Watkins, daughter of James and Mary 
Watkins, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, May 1868.  Children

	Dr. Seldon M. DAVIS was born February 14, 1839 in Lowndes County, 
 Alabama, the son of John and Mary Pevey Davis.  EH married Florence Alice Turner, 
daughter of Judge A. A. Turner, in 1866 at Hermitage, Arkansas.  He joined Owen's 
Arkansas Battery 1861 and served under Gen. S. D. Lee and was disbanded at Meridan, 
Mississippi 1865.  Rank:  Private.  He was a Democrat, a Methodist and died in 1917.  
Burial:  Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas.

	Johnathan Hicklin DAVIS was born August 23, 1838 in York County South 
Carolina, the son of Jonathan and Eleanor Kenmore Davis.  He married Ann Hunter Boyd, 
daughter of Thomas and Mary Boyd, at Hermitage November 1871.  He joined Company "C" 
10th Arkansas Regiment 1863 and served until surrender in 1865.  Rank:  Private.  He 
was a Democrat, a Presbyterian and died September 17, 1923.  Burial: Hickory Springs 
Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas.  No children listed.


	Nickolas Council DENSON was born May 13, 1841 in Rankin County, 
Mississippi, the son of Albert Graceon and Emily Ealey Denson.  He enlisted in Company 
"K" 3rd Arkansas.  Rank:  Chaplain.  He married (1) Rebecca Hughes, daughter of Willim 
and Elizabeth Lock, (2) Mrs. Harriett Ellen Dave Grubbs.  He died July 21, 1929.  
Burial:  Oakland Cemetery, Bradley County, Arkansas.  Children all by 1st marriage:

2.	Emma m. W. S. Clements
3.	Lucy m. W. S. Daniels


	Samuel Wilson DICKEY was born April 7, 1839 in York County, South 
Carolina, the son of Hugh Wilson and Margaret Malissie Craig Dickey.  He married Sarah 
Ann Templeton, daughter of Amos Evans and Sarah Amanda Carson Templeton.  He joined 
Company "C" McRea's Infantry.  He was released at Marshall, Texas 1865.  He was a 
Presbyterian and died June 25, 1914.  Burial:  Union Hill Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas.

	Angus Arthy DIXON was born January 11, 1845 in Mada, Ireland, the son of 
Thomas Burgess and Cathleen McCon Dixon.  He married Susan Brian, daughter of William 
Brian, October 28, 1882.  He joined Company "B" 23rd Virginia Infantry June 1861.  He 
was paroled in Richmond, Virginia 1865.  He was a Democrat, a Catholic and was living 
in the Confederate Home in Pulaski County, Arkansas September 7, 1921.  Children:

	J. C. DOCKERY enlisted in Company "D" 2nd Alabama Cavalry serving from 
1863 - 1864 when he was wounded.


	George Washington DOGGETT was born May 13, 1848 in Choctaw County, 
Alabama.  He married Margaret Connell.  He enlisted in Alabama Infantry Captain Tom 
Price's Company serving from 1863 - 1864.  He died March 6, 1935.  Burial: Parnell Cem. 
Bradley County, Arkansas.  Children:

2.	G. W. Jr. m. Sarah Margaret Elder
3.	Woodie Haywood m. Mary Cornelia Parnell
4.	Wesley W. m. Bess Moore


	Richard DOGGETT was born in Choctaw County, Alabama.  He married Rebecca 
Hickman Holloway, daughter of John Lee and Betsy McDade Hickman, in Bradley County.  He 
enlisted in Company "D" 24th Arkansas Infantry and seved until his death, December 25, 
1862.


	Simon E. DOLLARHIDE Wife: Virginia.  No service information.


	James F. DONALDSON enlisted in Company "L" 1st Arkansas Cavalry serving 
from 1863 - 1865.   Wife: Polly A. (Talley)  He died August 13, 1898.


	John H. DRAPER was born 1846.  He enlisted in Compnay "C" 14th 
Mississippi Cavlary serving from 1863 - 1865.  Wife:  S. F.  He died May 6, 1903.  
Burial:  Reaves Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. 


	James Mason DRUMMOND was born 1821.  He enlisted in Company "G" 19th 
Arkansas Infantry serving from 1863 - 1865.  Wife: Susanah H.  He died November 13, 1880. 
Burial: Marsden Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. 


	John T. DRUMMOND was born July 18, 1845, son of James Mason and Susanah 
H. Drummond.  He enlisted in Company "E" 9th Arkansas Infantry serving from 1862 - 1865.
Wife Mary E.  He died December 13, 1909.  Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. 


	James Lindsey DURHAM was born January 28, 1840 in Ervin County, Georgia, 
the son of Joab Lindsey and Bathiar Hunter Durham.  He married Harriette Kyser, daughter 
of James Kyser, November 23, 2865 at Shubuta, Mississippi.  He joined Company "A" 46th 
Mississippi Regiment July 1861 and was paroled at Richmond Virginia March 1865.  He was 
a Democrat, a Baptist and died March 12, 1919.  Burial:  Oakland Cem. Bradley County, 
Arkansas.  Children:

W. H. EARNEST enlisted in Company "G" Monroe's. Rank: Private H. M. EDERINGTON was born September 2, 1821 in Green County, Kentucky a son of George and Mary (Ederington) Ederington. He enlisted in Company "B" Monroe's. Rank: Private. He married Sarah A. Franklin 1885. He died April 6, 1901. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. Selwyn 2. Estella 3. Ollie 4. Emma James Lafayette EDERINGTON was born March 21, 1847 in Monroe County, Mississippi, the son of John and Mollie Ederington. He married Jerusha Katurah Reaves, daughter of Lovette and Carolina Reaves, in Bradley County September 29, 1872. He joined Company "B" 2nd Arkansas Cavalry October 1864 and was disbanded in Texas May 1865. He was a Democrat and died February 9, 1933. Burial: Childs Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. He married Sarah Belin, daughter of Douis and Dorinda Ann Wheeler Belin, at Lanark November 15, 1874. He joined Company "D" 9th Arkansas Regiment December 1862. Rank: Private. He was paroled at Greensborough, North Carolina April 1865. He was a Democrat, a Methodist and died January 6, 1916. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. Maude m. Cristabel Finn Robert Charles EDERINGTON was born January 26, 1840 in Monroe County, Mississippi, son of John and Mollie Ederington. He enlisted in Company "B" Arkansas Cavalry serving from 1862 - 1865. He married (1) Cordia C. Joyce, daughter of Henry and Sarah Joyce, (2) Lillis Ann Cox, daughter of Allen and Lillis Cox. He was living in the Confederate Home in Pulaski County, Arkansas at the time of his death, October 30, 1930. Burial: Holly Springs Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. John 2. Ellen 3. Cordia A. m. Ike Glockly 4. Charles 5. Jennie 6. Carrie m. R. C. Searcy 7. William W. William J. EDERINGTON was born February 24, 1832. He enlisted in Company "D" 9th Arkansas. Rank: Sargent. Wife: Mattie E. He died October 18, 1906. Burial: Holly Springs Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. John S. ELLIOTT enlisted in Company "L" Arkansas Cavalry serving from 1862 - 1864 when he was killed. Wife: S. E. John Erwin ELLIS was born in Bradley County, Arkansas. He enlisted at Mt. Elba, Bradley county in Churchill Division for 3 years and nine months under Capt. Snell, Company "D" 2nd Arkansas Calvary. George W. ENIS enlisted in Company "C" Hardy's Regiment Arkansas Infantry serving until June 3, 1865. Wife: N. B. John W. ENIS was born October 1, 1832. He enlisted in Company "C" 19th Arkansas Infantry serving from 1862 - 1865. Wife: M. W. He died February 11, 1901. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. John EVANS enlisted in Company "A" Arkansas Cavalry serving from 1863 - 1865. Wife: Mollie. He died July 9, 1904. Children: 1. James Henry m. Ruth I. Childs
R. R. FERGUSON enlisted in Company "F" 25th Arkansas Regiment. William Pleasant FERGUSON was born March 25, 1843. He enlisted in Company "A" 6th South Carolina Infantry serving from 1861 - 1865. He was wounded. Wife: Susan Nichols. He died June 22, 1932. Burial: Hickory Springs Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. William Bonaparte FIKE was born February 29, 1836 in Perry County, Alabama, the son of Tyrrel and Elizabeth Gordon Fike. He married Martha Ann Stephens, daughter of Joshua William and Sarah Stephens, March 2, 1865 at New London, Arkansas. He joined Company "C" 19th Arkansas Infantry July 12, 1861. He was surrendered at Marshall, Texas. He was a Democrat and died on March 30, 1926. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. William Tyrrel 2. Theodore Edward 3. Robert Perry William Stewart FINCH enlisted in Arkansas, serving from 1862 - 1865. Wife: Sallie J. He died July 19, 1907. William Martin FORRESTER was born March 22, 1840 in Walton County, Georgia, the son of George Washington and Nancy Ann Furdle Forrester. He married Frances Elizabeth Doss, daughter of Cicero and Charity Doss in Mississippi. He joined Company "F" 16th Georgia Infantry August 1861 in General R. E. Lee's Army. He was a prisoner until the surrender in 1865. He was a Democrat and died February 4, 1923. Children: 1. Mary Etta m. William Brinkley 2. Anna May m. Melvin Holloway James L. FORTNER was born October 11, 1827. He enlisted in Company "E" 43rd Alabama. Rank: Private. Wife: Mattie. He died August 8, 1906. Burial: Wheeler Springs Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. James A. FOSTER was born 1836 in Monroe County, Tennessee, the son of Minor and Lucy Richards Foster. He married (1) Margaret Howsen, daughter of Dora Hamilton and Nancy Oliver Howsen, (2) Mary Ivey Dunn. He joined Company "C" Warford's Battery, Mississippi October 1862. He was paroled at Vicksburg July 1863. He was a Democrat and died September 9, 1919. Burial: Ebenezer Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. Sallie m. Lawrence Brooks 2. Alpha m. Thomas Doggett 3. John John B. FRAZIER was born May 17, 1837 in Bradley County, Arkansas, the son of Daniel and Amanda Hudson Frazier. He enlisted in Company "C" Bevering Rifleman, and later assigned to the 5th Arkansas Infantry. No record of family or burial. Newton Gabrel FREEMAN was born March 19, 1836 in Coweta County, Georgia, the son of Beverly Allen and Mary Murrey Freeman. He married (1) Elizabeth Copeland (2) Jennie E. Reaves, daughter of John and Frances Reaves, July 12, 1876. He joined Company "A" Missouri Cavalry June 1861. He was in prison at St. Louis, Missouri until 1865 when he escaped. He was a Socialist and died June 19, 1915. Burial: Holly Springs Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. John Wesley 2. Newton W. 3. Effie 4. Oscar Kelly 5. Laura
Dr. Columbus C. GANNAWAY was born in Monroe County, Mississippi January 17, 1835, son of James and Mary A. Ederington Gannaway. He was graduated in medicine at New Orleans medical school at the outbreak of the war. He went into service in Company "C" 5th Arkansas Infantry and served the entire time. Rank: Surgeon. He married Nancy Ramsey March 3, 1865. He died March 12, 1900. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. C. E 2. J. R. 3. S. L. 4. J. A. 5. Mary N. 6. Ruth N. 7. Henry A. 8. Emily E. Solomon GARDNER was born October 5, 1824, in Copiah County, Mississippi a son of Jesse and Sarah Robert Gardner, He enlisted in Company "E" 9th Arkansas Infantry Regiment as 1st Lieutenant. He married (1) Susan E. Martin 1848 (2) Sarah Bronner Moseley. He died April 24, 1894. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. Mary J. Major Brown GARRISON was born September 4, 1844 in York County, South Carolina the son of Peter and Louisa Hall Garrison. He married Sarah Susan F. Scobey, daughter of John H. and Jemima Scobey. He joined the army June 1861 and served in Company "H" 5th Regiment. He was surrendered in Hillsboro, South Carolina April 26, 1865. Rank: Private. He was a Democrat, a Presbyterian and died February 8, 1914. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. James Howard 2. Edward Pierce 3. Eula Louisa m. Joseph B. Stanley 4. Mary m. He enlisted in Company "E" 5th South Carolina Regiment. Rank: Private. He died February 3, 1923 in Pilot Point, Texas. Peter P. GARRISON was born April 2, 1839 in York County, South Carolina, a son of Arthur Garrison. He enlisted in Company "E" 17th South Carolina serving form 1861 - 1863. Rank: Private. He married Mary Ann Sturgis April 26, 1859. He died July 6, 1899. Burial: Garrison Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. William A. 2. Arthur W. 3. Maria T. 4. Frank S. 5. Susan E. 6. He enlisted in 9th Tennessee Cavalry serving from 1862 - 1865. Rank: Private. Wife: Mary. He died February 14, 1910. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Hudson Jackson GLOVER was born January 16, 1837 in Alabama. He enlisted in Company "D" 2nd Arkansas Cavalry at Mt. Elba, near Warren. Joel Joseph GLOVER was born November 13, 1843 in Barnwell County, South Carolina the son of John Bates and Lucy Ann Courtney Glover. He married Anna Jane Cooper, daughter of Jonathan and Sarah Cooper, in Cleveland County, Arkansas, May 10, 1877. He joined the army October 1863 and served in Company "D" 2nd Arkansas Cavalry and was paroled at Rock Island Prison, Illinois, May 1865. He was a Democrat, a Methodist and died June 7, 1919. Rank: Private. He married (1) Margaret C. Gillis 1872 (2) Eugenie York, a daughter of Nelson B. Louisa J. Watson York, December 29, 1886. Children: 1. Mollie E. m. Dr. Samuel Robert Herring Mike GODWIN enlisted in Company "L" Arkansas Cavalry serving from 1862 - 1863 when he was killed. Wife: Susan E. Grubbs. Date of death: February 1863. James L. GOINS enlisted in Company "B" Arkansas Infantry serving from 1863 - 1865. He died June 6, 1895. Wife: S. E. Thomas M. GOODWIN was born May 7, 1831. He enlisted in Company "B" Monroe's. Rank: Private. Wife: Mary A. He died July 5, 1900. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. Mollie G. 2. W. S. 3. John 4. Laura 5. Robert C. 6. A. S. Joseph Van GORMAN was born September 24, 1830 in Dallas County, Alabama, the son of Simpson and Mariah Van Gorman. He married Sarah Elizabeth Russell at Moro Bay, June 20, 1850. He joined the army April 1862 and served in Company "I" 2nd Arkansas Regiment and was wounded in the battle of Chickamauga. He was a Democrat, a Baptist and died 1914. Burial: Marsden Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. Eliza Rebecca 2. Sarah C. m. William Jasper Splawn 3. Rachel m. George Rice 4. Alexander Simpson 5. Chester Columbus 6. Lela m. Enoch Lucas 7. Josephine Ophelia m. James Johnson Calvin GOULETTE enlisted in Company "F" 12th Louisiana Volunteers serving from 1862 - 1865. Calvin Cooper GRAVES was born May 24, 1844 in Lamar County, Texas, son of Stevens and Margaret Orm Graves. He enlisted in Company "A" 2nd Arkansas Regiment in Bradley County, Arkansas. He married (1) Mariah Susan Merrill, daughter of Patric and Rebecca Merrill, December 5, 1867, (2) Sarah Ann Easterling, daughter of Joel and Amanda Green Easterling, October 18, 1903. Marshall W. GREEN enlisted in Company "E" 9th Arkansas. Rank: Captain. John J. GRIDER enlisted in Company "I" 9th Arkansas Infantry serving from 1861 - 1865. Wife: Elizabeth. He died November 20, 1910. Burial: Hickory Springs Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Dr. Columbus Chandler GROSE was born November 10, 1844, a son of William and Elizabeth Ann Singer Grose. He enlisted in Company "D" 9th Arkansas Regiment. Rank: Surgeon. He married Lucretia Wallis, daughter of James and Susan E. Orr, May 5, 1881. He died October 30, 1917. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. S. D. GUEST enlisted in Company "K" 2nd Mississippi Infantry serving from 1861 - 1865. Wife: E. J. He died December 4, 1908.
