86, of Gentry passed away June 9, 2009 in Fayetteville. She was born August 8, 1922 in Crystal Springs, ID, the daughter of Fred Tyler and Mary Pearl Fischer Tyler. She was a homemaker who volunteered in the WWII effort. She was an accomplished artist who enjoyed her dogs, her cat and her family. Ms. Amason was preceded in death by her husband, Myron Peck Amason on June 30, 1996; her daughter, Leslie Kitt Bailey; two brothers, Tone Tyler and Marx Tyler and her sister, Nile Tyler. She is survived by her son Tyler Amason of Gentry, AR; her daughter Joie Lee Amason of California, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. No services are planned. Amason, 86, of Gentry died June 9, 2009, in Fayetteville.
She was born Aug. 8, 1922, in Crystal Springs, Idaho,

PRAIRIE GROVE -- Angel Dawn Amburgey, 35, of Prairie Grove died
April 1, 2006,
at Eagle Rock. She was born May 28, 1970, in Rogers to Al-Ray and
Hoecha Story. She worked in the health-care industry for Rouse Medical
Center in Fayetteville. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping and riding
motorcycles.
Survivors include her husband, Rick Amburgey of
the home; one daughter, Alyssa Amburgey of the home; her mother and
stepfather, Hoecha and Baldy Cornwell of Bentonville; her father and
stepmother, Al-Ray and Nobia Story of Salida, Colo.; one brother, John
Story of Rogers.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at
Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, online at www.mem.com. The Rev. Davis
Thompson will officiate. Burial will be in Benton County Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

BELLA VISTA -- Robert M. Archer, 84, of Bella Vista died May 7, 2006, at Concordia Care
Center in Bella Vista. He was born March 28, 1922, in Truro, Iowa, to John William and
Henryetta Larrington Archer. He was a 50-year Mason at Waveland Lodge in Des Moines Iowa, and a member of the Shriners in Des Moines. He was a member of the Christian Church in Truro. He moved to Vella Vista in 1979 from Des Moines. He was a former member of the Golf Association and card clubs.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Lorene Archer of Bella Vista; one son, Larry Archer and wife Karen of Coronado, Calif; two grandchildren, Nathan of Coronado and Eric of Austin, Texas.

FAYETTEVILLE -- Michael Don Atchison, 58, of Fayetteville died May 28, 2006 in Fayetteville. He was born July 2, 1947, in Bentonville to Rudy and Freda Terrill Atchison.
He was a lifetime resident of Northwest Arkansas. He worked for Marsalltown Tool Co. as a project engineer and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church of Rogers. He enjoyed Razorback sports.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, Michael Aaron Atchison. Survivors include his parents of Rogers; one twin sister, Cindy Upton of Rogers; two brothers, Randy Atchison of England and Jim Atchison of Van Buren; two nieces and six nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Callison-Lough Funeral Service in Rogers with Stuart Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers.

GENTRY -- Mary Veronica Avalear, 46, of Gentry died June 2, 2006, at her home. She was born April 21, 1960 in Rogers to William D. and Johanna DeBruyn Hankins. She was a
homemaker who enjoyed working with ceramics and raising Great Dane dogs. She was
preceded in death by a son, Charles David Carr Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Avalear, of the home; two sons, David Carr and Patrick Carr, both of Springdale; a daughter, Nicole Avalear of Tulsa, Okla.; nine brothers. Archie Hankins of Pea Ridge, James Hankins of Kansas City, Mo., George Hankins and Donnie Baer, both of Siloam Springs, John Hankins, Peter Hankins and Paul Hankins, all of Gentry, David Hankins of Highfill and Rocky Hankins of Fayetteville; and five sisters, Jopie McKirch of Gentry, Ruby Smith of Siloam Springs, Irene Gibbs of Elm Springs, Billie Sue Peterson of Doniphan, Mo., and Della Holloway of Springdale.
