I am researching my gggrandparents Evaline CARTER and James Baldwin WOMACK. J.B. was enumerated with children Lydia Dara, Noah W., Isabella, Viola (FORD), in the 1880 Perry County Census. Isabella and Viola might have been his Cunningham grandchildren. The Womack children include: Mary Elizabeth (CUNNINGHAM/RORIE/FORD), William N.(Leota Elizabeth LAWSON), Evaline, Lydia Dara (MEESE/LEE/LEA), Noah W. Also, there was a Rufus F. JOHNSON, said to be the brother of James and Evaline's children. My grandmother was the dau. of Leota Elizabeth LAWSON and William N. WOMACK of Houston/Perry County rural area. She m. Vernon P. WALLS in 1906 and moved to Little Rock. Her Houston relatives included Ose and Mary WOMACK. James Baldwin WOMACK is buried in Viney Grove Cemetery on Hwy 216 with his son-in-law, James O. CUNNINGHAM and a Clayton JOHNSON. These men were in the Civil war according to their headstones. Does anyone know the connection with the WOMACKS/CUNNINGHAMS/JOHNSONS and Rufus F. JOHNSON? Please email me at: bhowser@alltel.net if you have any information concerning my family!

I need assistance in looking up an obituary for Roy C. SPANN, who died in Perryville in December 1970. I cannot determine from the website which local papers might have the information or which local funeral homes I might contact. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any assistance is welcomed. Also, looking for links to Mr. SPANN.
