ONA "FLOSSIE" GILBERT, 95, of Little Rock departed this life on November 18, 2005.  She was a faithful member at Moody Chapel AME for over 60 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Gilbert.  Survivors include three sons, John Gilbert of North Little Rock, Ark., Garland (Mary) Gilbert of Little Rock, Ark., and Barnett (Gloria) Gilbert of Newark, Calif.; one daughter, Jeanette (Willie) Jones of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Katie Rainey of New Edinburg, Ark. and Clara Stoudenmire of Los Angeles, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren ; a special and loving niece and nephew, Gradyleen Ward and Samuel Marks of San Francisco, Calif., and a host of other relatives and friends.

Home going service will be Saturday, November 26, 2005, 1 p.m., at Moody Chapel AME Church, 800 Calhoun Street, LR. Interment will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery, LR. Family hour will be Friday, November 25, 2005, 7:30-8:30 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester, LR.
