Mildred (Haynie) Rogers

Mildred Haynie Rogers, 84 of Kingsland, died Friday July 30, 2004 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado. She was born October 1, 1919 at Kingsland Arkansas the daughter of Larkin and Bertha Lisemby Haynie. She was a homemaker and a member of the Kingsland United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Pete “W.H.” Rogers of Kingsland; one daughter and her husband, Becky and Tommy Choate of El Dorado; three grandchildren, Missy Gilliland and her husband, Mart of Bryant, Robin Deal and her husband, Chris of El Dorado and Tyler Choate of Fayetteville; four great-grandchildren, Mitch, Matt and Margo Gilliland of Bryant and Cameron Deal of El Dorado and a devoted caregiver, Pat Holmes of El Dorado.

Memorials may be made to the Kingsland United Methodist Church. Visitation will be Saturday 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Kingsland United Methodist Church. Burial at Crossroads Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce.
