Lillian Marie (Davis) McDaniel

Lillian Marie McDaniel, 81, of Crossett, formerly of Harrell, died Thursday, March 2, 2000, at the Ashley County Medical Center. Born March 24, 1918, in Bradley County to the late Pate and Fronie Journey Davis, she was a homemaker and a member of the Union Grove Assembly of God. She married Floyd McDaniel on May 16, 1936, and he died June 13, 1962.

Survivors are two daughters, Nina Gilbert and Betty Jane Hooks, both of Crossett; a brother, C. R. Davis of Camden; two sisters, Bertha Davis of Hampton and Ida Mae Heath of Harrell; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 3, in the Union Grove Assembly of God in Cleveland County with Rev. Moss officiating. Pallbearers included Ronnie Davis, John Parker, Randy Heath, Emmett Parker, Hershel Parker and Pete Heath. Burial followed services at the Union Grove Cemetery with arrangements by Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren.
