Ella Victoria Richardson was born in Monroe, Walton County, Georgia, on March 24, 1849. She married W. R. Watson on November 14, 1872 and she died October 31, 1879. She was the daughter of James Richardson and Mary Elizabeth Clark Richardson. Ella Victoria and W. R. Watson had three children - Theodore Larkin Watson, Mary Lema and Anna Lou who lived only 14 months. Mary Lema married John Rufus Starr Meek (II) of Warren.
