Charles "Charley" Clyde Williams was born June 19, 1920 in Weaver, Franklin Co., Ar. to William Isaac & Annie Rozenia Keith Williams. January 15, 1947 he married Leola Mantooth in Franklin Co., Ar. where they both resided. Charley is found on the 1940 & 1950 census at Island, Sebastian Co., Ar. Charley registered for the military draft July 1, 1941 at Charleston, Franklin Co., Ar. He enlisted in the US Army. No dates are known. His final rank was Pvt. Charley passed away February 2,1998. His burial was at Tate Cemetery in Charleston, Franklin Co., Ar.
