Troy Lee Wilkins was born September 23, 1921 at Clarksville, Johnson Co.,
At. to Belva "Bud" William & Maggie Ellen Havener Wilkins. April 8,
1941 he married Ava Le Moore at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar., both being
residents there.
Troy registered for the military draft February 16, 1942 at Fort Smith,
Sebastian Co., Ar. Except for the mention in his biography below and his photo
showing he served in the US Navy no other military records have bren found.
No burial location or death date have been found for Troy.
His wife Ava and son, Troy, Jr., are buried in Glen Oaks Memorial Park,
Chico, Butte County, California. He is shown to be living there in 1990.
