Claris DeValson Wagner was born January 6, 1019 in Lavaca, Segastian Co., Ar. to James Jefferson "Jeff" & Alice Frances "Allie" Davis Wagner. September 19, 1928 he married Levonia Saphronia Howes, both being from Lavaca. Claris registered for the military draft October 16, 1940 at Big Creek Twsp., Lavaca, Arkansas. He enlisted with the US Army. No dates are found. Claris passed away July 20, 1968 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in Lavaca City Cemetery at Lavaca, Arkansas.
