Thomas Earl Throckmorton

Earl Thomas Throckmorton was born December 31 1919 at Richmond, Henrico Co., Virginia to
Sidney H. & Maud Kendley Throckmorton. His father died 6 months after
Thomas was born. May 6, 1939 Thomas married Fannie Mae Lindsey in Richmond, Virginia.
They divorced November 8, 1944.(1944 is the correct year.) January 9, 1943 he married Nadine Roppolo
in Sebastian Co., Ar. Her residence was Fort Smith, Ar. They married for a 2nd time
May 31, 1945. They were both residents of Fort Smith at that time. The marriage was
in Crawford Co., Ar.
July 1, 1941 Earl registered for the military draft at Richmond City, Richmond, Va. His
residence was given as 416 No. 10th St, Fort Smith, Arkansas. He enlisted in the US Army
December 3, 1941 and served until May 28, 1945 with the 111 QM Bakery
Co. His final rank was Sgt.
Earl Thomas Throckmorton passed away February 6, 1971 in Arkansas with
his burial being in the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
