Cullen Ashley Talton was born Octber 27, 1926 at Mansfield, Scott/Sebastian Co., Ar. to
Adolphus Wiltz & Ileta Dennett Frank Talton.
The 1940 census shows he is living in Sugar Loaf Twsp, Mansfield, Sebastian Co., Ar.
May 25, 1950 he married Mary Ruth Wade. They state they were both residents of Mansfiled,
Sebastian Co., Ar. but the marriage was in Johnson Co., Ar.
Cullen registered for the military draft October 16, 1940 at Douglas County,
Omaha, Nebraska. He gives his residence as Mansfield, Scott Co., Ar. August 20,
1946 he enlisted in the US Army with the General Staff Corps. at
Camp Josepth T Robinson, Little Rock, Arkansas. He states his residence is Scott Co., Ar. and
he has completed 4 years of high school. In 1950 he is found living in the boys
dormitory at College of the Ozarks at Clarksville, Johnson Co., Ar.
Cullen Ashley Talton passed away June 25, 1978, His burial was in Coop Prairie
Cemetery in Mansfield, Scott Co., Ar.
