Jesse Allen Stem, Jr. was born MaY 16, 1927 at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Jesse Allen, Sr. & Lena Iven Carson Stem. December 20, 1950 he married Betty Jean Carroll in Vac Buren, Crawford Co., Ar. where they both resided at that time. Jesse registered for the miitary draft He served in WWII. Jesse passed away January 2, 1992 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in Oak Valley CEmetery at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar.
