Dean Stanley was born March 17, 1919 in Howe, Le Flore, Ok to
Jack & Emma Wood Stanley..
June 5, 1948 he married Margaret Hasel Daniels in Bentonville, Benton Co., Ar.
Dean registered for the military draft at Moffett, Oklahoma, His local
board
was Fort Smith, Ar. He enlisted in the US Army April 17, 1941 and served
until November 29, 1945. He re-enlisted December 2, 1950 and served until September
24, 1951 in Korea. His final rank was Cpl.
Dean Stanley passed away March 17, 1979 in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. His
burial was in the National Cmetery at Fort Smith.
