John William Spearman

John William Spearman was born June 2, 1926 at Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar. to
William Bell & Montie Emma Walker Spearman. June 20, 1948 he
married Betty Lou Hale at Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar., both being residents
there.
John registered for the military draft at Snohomish, Snohomish Co., Washington
March 15, 1944. He enlisted in the US Army September 21, 1944 at Los Angeles,
California. He states he has completed 3 years of high school and is a
skilled welder and flame cutter. His rank was Corporal. He served until
November 15, 1946. On the 1950 census he is living in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co.,
Ar and is a tractor mechanic.
John William Spearman passed away March 13, 1998 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
and was buried in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Smith.
