Tillman Martin Seamans was born August 29, 1922 at Milltown, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Jettie Harrison & Ira Matilda Martin Seamans. March 1, 1943 He married Melba Athlee Nichols, both residing at Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar. June 30, 1942 Tillman registered for thhe military draft at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. October 13, 1942 Tillman enlisted in the US Army Air Corps at Little Rock, Arkansas. He states he has completed 4 years of high school and his civil occuption was "Unskilled general woodworking occupations". His draft card says his employment was with Garrison Furniture in Fort Smith. Nothing more is found about his time in the service. Tillman Martin Seamans passed away February 15, 1997 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in the Dawson Memorial Cemetery at Millltown, Sebastian Co. Ar.
