Jack Eugene Scott was born August 15, 1925 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. to James Bunea "Bonnie" & Opal Beaulah Patterson Scott. February 2, 1946 he married Marilyn Mazelle Iverson at Mare Island Navel Station, California. The marriage date and place is from a family tree on Ancestry. The 1950 Ft Smith census uses the name Jack C.

Jack enlisted in the US Marines November 4, 1942. He served with CO.K. 3BN. 1MARS. 1MARDIV FMF according to his cauality report. He was wounded on 2 different dates.
