Ira Floyd Riley

Ira Floyd Riley was born January 10, 1904 in Arkansas to
Marion Floyd & Myra Alice Ellison Riley. November 28, 1947
he married Bertie Williams at Saline County, Ar. They both were
residents of Little Rock, Pulaski Co., Ar.
Ira enlisted in the US Army July 3, 1925 and served until either
July 8, 1946 or February 21, 1946. According to his biography below
this apparently was not his final discharge date. His last rank was Tsgt.
Ira Floyd Riley passed away May 19, 1980 in Contra Costa County, California
according to the California Death Index 1940-1997. His burial was in Willamette
National Cemetery in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.
