Claris DeValson Wagner was born January 6, 1910 at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Arkansas to James Jefferson & Alice Francis Davis Wagner. September 19, 1928 he married Levania Howes, both residents of Lavaca, Ar. Claris registered for the miitary draft October 16, 1940 at Lavaca, Big Creek, Sebastian Co., Ar. No dates for his service have been found. The front of his draft card says "Hon Dis". Claris passed away July 31, 1968 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in Lavaca City Cemetery at Lavaca, Arkansas.
