Rex Lee Perry was born August 5, 1920 at Cowlington, Le Flore, Oklahoma to Conce D. & Eula B. McGrath Perry. He married Lillian Claudine Guthrie. On June 30, 1942 Ralph registred for the military draft in Sebastian Co., Ar. SFC Ralph Paul Smoot served not only in WWII but in the Korean War as well as Vietnam.
