George Wesley McCrea was born May 16, 1925 at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. to James "Jim" III & Lilly Ann Self McCrea. September 16, 1951 he married Charlotte Ann Elaine Lang in Tucson, Arizona. She was from Quincey, Ill. George registered for the military draft May 17, 1943 at Ventura Co., California. He enlisted in the US Navy. No enlistment date has been found. After WWII he again enlisted, this time in the Air Force and served in Korea & Vietnam. His final rank was MSgt. George passed away December 29, 2010 in California. His burial was in Sacramento Valley National Cemetery at Dixon, Solano Co., California. Feather River Bullentin Quincy, California August 2, 1951
