Woodrow Morris

Woodrow Morris was born March 4, 1918 at Powan, Pittsburn, Oklahoma to
Frederick & Delphia Mae Bacom Morris. March 16, 1940 he married
Johnnie Mae Walker from Hackett, Sebastian Co., Arkansas. His residence was
Midland, Sebastian Co., Arkansas.
October 16, 1940 Woodrow registered for the military draft at Hackett, Cole Twsp.
Sebastian Co., Ar.
May 4, 1944 in Sedgwick, Kansas he enlisted in the US Army, He states he
has a grammar school education and is a sales clerk. After the war he was employed by
the railroad as seen on his employee card below.
Woodrow Morris passed away December 16, 1996 with his burial being
in Old Union Cemetery at Hackett, Sebastian Co., Ar.
