Thomas' biography below says he enlisted in the Signal Corsp
May 1, 1940. The only enlistment date I find is with the US Army July 1, 1943.
Apparently he re-enlisted. He served until December 3, 1945.
Thomas Henry Morrell, Jr. passed away October 30, 1988. His burial
was in Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Mausoleum in Baton Rouge, East Baton
Rouge Parish, Louisiana,
