James Howard Lovell was born December 30, 1918 at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Oscar Eugene & Mary H. Brown Lovell. March 30, 1946 he married Gladys Ray Maness, both residents of Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. at that time. No military draft cards have been found. James enlisted in the US Army October 31, 1942 and served until March 15, 1946. Nothing more is found about his service. James passed away August 3, 1985 at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in Lavaca City Cemetery thre.
