George Edward Hoffman

George Edward Hoffman was born February 7, 1912 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co. Arkansas
to Henry and Mary Josephine Williams Hoffman. May 30, 1939 he
married Sylvia Inman from Batesville, Independence, Ar. The marriage was in
Sebastian Co., Ar. where George resided.
George registered for the military draft October 16,1940 at the Junior High
School at Forst Smith. He enlisted in the US Air Force April 6, 1942 and
served until October 10, 1945. His last rank was Cpl. More about his service

George Edward Hoffman passed away June 25, 1956 at the Veteran's Hospital
in Fayetteville, Washington Co., Ar. His burial was in the Fort Smith National
Cemetery at Fort Smith, Arkansas
