They married at Pascagoula, Jackson Co. Mississippi.
October 16, 1940 Oather registered for the military draft at Kern Co. California.
On February 13, 1941 he enlisted in the US Air Force and served until April 14, 1948.
His second enlistment was May 29, 1948, serving until June 30, 1961. His rank was
MSgt.
Oather William "Bill" Hocott passed away October 23, 1985 at
Okalossa, Florida. His burial was in Beal Mmorial Cemetery at
Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Co., Florida.
