Jesse Laverne "Vinnie" Heydenreich was born November 5, 1921 at Deer, Newton Co., Arkansas to Frederick "Fred" Oswald & Lona Belle Peoples Heydenreich. June 13, 1942. while residing at Hackett, Sebastian Co., Ar. he married Vivian Marie Blackard of Mansfield, Sebastian Co., Ar.

February 15, 1942 Jesse registered for the miitary draft at Long Beach, Los Angeles Co., California where he lived at that time, working for Quality Coal Co. He enllisted in the US Army Aug 25, 1944 and served until December 13, 1944 with the rank of Pvt.

Jesse Laverne Heydenreich passed away August 1, 1993 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Arkansas. His burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery in Hackett, Sebastian Co.

Mr. Jessie L. "Vinnie" Heydenreich of Fort Smith, Arkansas; formerly of Mansfield, Arkansas, died, 08/01/1993 in Fort Smith. He was 71 years old. Vinnie was a retired Southern Baptist Minister; a World War II ARMY veteran; and a loving husband/father/grandfather/brother/friend.

He is survived by his wife: Vivian Heydenreich; 3 sons: Vernie E. Heydenreich and his wife: Bea, David W. Heydenreich and his wife: Brenda; and Danny Heydenreich and his wife: Mary; 1 brother-in-law: Jerry Blackard; 1 daughter: Liz Turner and her husband Johnny Turner; 9 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; ; other relatives; and a host of dear friends.

He was preceded by his parents; his mother and father-in-law: Delbert and Hazel Blackard; 2 brothers-in-law: Delbert Blackard Jr. and Paul Blackard.
