Raymond Clayton Harris was born January 19, 1923 at Cecil, Franklin County, Arkansas to James "Jim" & Ida Irene Sivils Harris. September 23, 1946 he married Dora Faye Tubbs in Logan Co., Ar. They both resided at the State Sanatorium there. Raymond registered for the military draft June 30, 1942 in Lavaca, Sebastian County, Arkansas. He enlisted in the US Army March 9, 1943 and served until December 10, 1945. Raymond passed away April 16, 1992. His burial was in the National Cemetery at Fort Smith,Sebastian Co., Ar.
