November 26, 1932 he married Ina Aline Story, a resident of Huntington, Sebastian Co., Ar. October 16, 1940 Victor registered for the military draft at Belle Grove School in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. He enlisted in the US Army April 4, 1944 and served until October 31, 1945. His rank was Pfc.
