They divorced May 6, 1948 in Sebastian Co., Ar. His second marriage was to Thelma Ware. No date has been found for that marriage. They alo divorced in 1962, Hollis . registered for the military draft June 6, 1943. He enlisted in the US Army August 1943 at Little Rock, Arkansas. Nothing more is known about his service. Hollis passed away February 8, 1999 at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in Mayberry Cemetery at Central City, Sebastian Co., Ar. He shares a marker with his son Hollis, Jr.
