Gene Edward Geren
1926-2020
Gene Edward Geren was born August 11, 1923 in LeFore Co., Oklahoma to
Roy Karl & Ruth McMurtrey Geren. November 12, 1945 he married
Reba Jean Elmore, both being residents of Fort Smith,, Sebastian Co., Ar.
at that time.
Draft cards from his first enlistment have not been found. He enlisted in the
US Navy in August 1943. On May 7,1946 Gene again registered for the
military draft at LeFlore Co., Okla. His residence at that time was Fort Smith,
Sebastian Co. Ar according to his draft card.
Gene Edward Geren passed away December 14, 2020 at Edmond, Oklahoma Co., Okla.
His burial was at Rose Hill Burial Park, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Okla.
