Robert Harold Flanagan was born January 8, 1922 at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Wheeler & Hilduth Valentine Crook Flanagan. February 17, 1941 he married Margaret Ellen Landers at Fort Smith, SebastianCo., Ar. where they both resided at the time. Robert registered for tkhe military draft June 30, 1942 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. although he had been in the Army National Guard in 1941. No end date has been found for his service. Robert passed away at Madison, Davidson Co., Tennessee June 10, 1966, his residence being Goodlettsville, Davidson Co., Tenn. His burial was in the National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
