Rupert Lee Flake

Rupert Lee Flake was born December 14, 1915 at Coal Hill, Johnson Co., Ar. to
Alexander Valentine & Mattie S. Sandlin Flake. July 2, 1938 he
married Anna Bo Cross Polsygrove from Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar.
The marriage was in Johnson County, Ar.
October 16, 1940 Rupert registered for the miitary draft at Lavaca, Sebastian Co.,
Ar. He states he is employed by the Lavaca School Board. He enlisted in the US Navy June 12, 1945 and served until April 14, 1946.
Nothing more is known about his service.
Rupert Lee Flake passed away September 12, 1988 at Fresno, California. Nothing has
been found on his burial location.
