Rubben Jack Flake

Rubben Jack Flake was born July 6, 1903 at Morrilton, Conway Co., Ar. to
Walter & Georgiana Smith Flake. March 6, 1926 he married
Hatter Parker in Morrilton. By 1950 he is living in
Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. with wife is Cecile Bernadette "Betty"
Jones Flake. In the 1951 city directory they are living in Fort Smith and his occupation
is Butcher.
Rubben enlisted in the US Army October 5, 1942 and served until June 13, 1945.
His last rank was BM1, or Boatswain mate 1st class. Nothing more is known about his service.
Rubben Jack Flake passed away July 26, 1985 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co.,
Ar. His burial was in the Fort Smith National Cemetery there.
