Henry Price Evans was born in Jenny Lind, Sebastian Co, Ar. January 20, 1922 to
Clifford & Flora Belle H. Price Evans. He married Dorothy Marie
Waddle but no marriage record has been found.
Henry registered for the military draft June 30, 1942 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co.,
Arkansas. He enlisted in the US Army September 15, 1942 at Little Rock, Arkansas.
He states he had completed 1 year of high school and his civil occupation
was mining. As stated below in his biography he served with the 202nd Anti
Aircraft Artillery.
His discharge date was January 28, 1946, his rank Cpl.
Henry Price Evans passed away December 14, 1973 at Evergreen Park, Cook Co.,
Illinois. His burial was in Evergreen Cemetery and Mausoleum there.
