to Henry Robert & Elsey Linnett Head Elkins. In October 1941
he married a widow with 3 children, Alcie Lydia Burnette Terry.
October 16, 1940 Woodrow registered for the military draft at Parker School
in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., April 6, 1942 he enlisted in the US Army. No

Woodrow Winston Elkins passed away July 12, 1994 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co.,
Ar. His burial was in Rose Lawn Park there.
