Edward James Dutton

Edward James Dutton was born May 30, 1924 at Island, Sebastian Co. Ar. to James M. & Flora Bell Webb Dutton. He first married Maxine Victoria Cox at Kern Co., California April 4, 1952. No divorce date has been found. but she married 3 more times. His 2nd wife was Norma Doris Yancy who he married at Clark County Nevada.

Edward registered for the military draft at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. His residence was Island. He enlisted in the US Army January 12, 1944 at Little Rock, Arkansas. He served until December 23, 1945. During that time he was taken prisoner by the Germans along with 5 other men from Kern Co., California..

Edward passed away February 14, 1997. His burial was in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
