James Henry DeJarnatt was born November 7, 1919 in Quitman, Faulkner Co., Ar. to
Frederick Fordyce & Mayme Evangaline Castellow DeJarnatt.
December 22, 1946 he married Josephine Marie Dobbins from Stilwell, Oklahoma. The
marriage was in Sebastian Co., Ar.
Very little is known about his sevice in the Army. He enlisted October 24, 1941
and served until October 3, 1945. More can be found in his biography below.
James Henry DeJarnatt passed away August 10, 1994 at Stilwell, Adair Co.,
Oklahoma where he lived. His burial was in the Stilwell Cemetery.
