Robert Monroe Crisp was born November 22, 1916 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Mansil Monroe & Mary Elizabeth Pursell Crisp. February 3, 1940 he married Geraldine O, Lau, both being residents of Fort Smith. Robert enlisted in the US Army Air Force becoming a Captain in rank. He was a flight instructor and a Transport pilot. He Flew the Hump (China-Burma) during his service time. Robert Monroe Criap passed away September 21, 1996 at Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas His burial was in Crestlawn Memorial Park there.
