Oran Earnest Colley was born January 18, 1912 in St. Joe, Texas to John Aaron & Myrtle J. Lough Colley. He married Maude I. Johnson on June 30, 1933. Her residence was Huntington, Sebastian Co. and his Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar. October 16, 1940 Oran registered for the miitary draft at Prairie Twsp., Sebastian Co., Ar. He enlisted in the US Army July 13, 1942 at Little Rock, Ar. and served until October 25, 1945. On his enlistment paper he states he has a grammar school education and his occupation is Attendants, Filling stations & parking lots. Oran passed away March 17, 1996 at Huntington, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in the Huntington Cemetery at Huntington.
