Joseph Glen Clinard 1918-1992 Joseph Glen Clinard was born July 1, 1918 in Montgomery Co., Tennessee to J. W. & Lillie Bryant Clinard. July 16, 1944 he married Lillian Irene Decker from Fort Smith, Sebastian Co.,Ar. His residence was Clarksvlle, Montgomery, Tn. Joseph registered for the military draft October 15, 1940 at Clarksville, Montgonery co., Tn. He enlisted in the US Army August 12, 1941 at Fort Olglethorpe, Georgia He served until September 24, 1945. Joseph passed away at Central City, Sebastian Co., Ar. January 15, 1992.
