Willis Melvin "Teed" Cheek was born April 17, 1922 at Jenny Lind, Sebastian Co., Ar.
to Harrison & Bessie Bertha Smith Cheek. December 22, 1947 he
married Reba Mae Powell, both residents of Jenny Lind.
On September 15, 1942 Willis enlisted in the US Army at Little Rock, Arkansas. He says
he has a grammar school education and his occupation is a miner. Nothing more is found
about his service. See his biography below.
Willis Melvin Cheek passed away January 9, 1996. His burial was in
Steep Hill Cemetery at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
