John Robert Cheek
1927-1992
John Robert Cheek was born November 28, 1927 in South Sebastian Co., Ar. to
John Bill & Mary Marie Smith Cheek. October 10, 1946 he married
Billie Doris Taylor, both residents of Jenny Lind, Sebastian Co., Ar.
John enlisted in the US Army January 11, 1945 at Camp Josepth T. Robinson at
Little Rock, Arkansas. He says he has a grammar school education. Nothing
more about his service. After the war he was once again working at the mines.
John Robert Cheek passed away April 16, 1992 and was buried at Jenny Lind,
Sebastian Co., Ar. in the Jenny Lind Cemetery there.
