Isaac Bernard "Loid" Ballance, Jr. was born February 24, 1920 in Beverly,
Sebastian Co., Ar. to Isaac Bernard, Sr. & Maud Elizabeth Harrison Ballance.
He married Veda Graham of Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. where they were
married November 2, 1940.
I.B. registered for the military draft July 1, 1941 at Lavaca, Ar.
He enlisted in the US Army July 13, 1942 at Little Rock, Arkansas. with the rank
of Private. His last rank was Sgt.
I. B. passed away May 29, 2000 and is buried in the Lavaca City Cemetery, Lavaca,
Sebastian Co., Ar.
