Thomas Eugene Allen was born June 23,, 1919 in Moffett, Sequoyah Co., Oklahoma to Thomas & Nancy Jane Yount Allen. April 27, 1940 he married Lillian Leona Miller at Van Buren, Crawford Co., Ar. where she lived. Thomas, living in Van Buren, Crawford Co., Ar., registered for the military draft on October 16, 1940. He enlisted in the US Navy October 20, 1943. He served until January 6, 1946. His final rank was S1, Seaman 1st class. Thomas Eugene Allen passed away July 7, 1981. His burial was in the National Cemetery at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
