Wm Otis Scarbrough, Sr. 1894 - 1966 William Otis Scarborough, Sr was born January 25, 1894 in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Josh & Mary Ettie Puckett Scarborough. August 15, 1921 he marrieg Flossie Allen. They were both residents of Fort Smith. April 1, 1946 they divorced. William enlisted in the US Army and served until August 30, 1920. No enlistment date has been found. He served with the Waggoner Supply Troops, 14th Calvary. William Passed away September 26, 1966
